4.3 Inactive Accounts. An account is deemed inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred within a period of 12 consecutive months. pk865 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will receive prior notice before any fee is deducted.
4.4 Account Closure by User. You may request closure of your pk865 account at any time by contacting customer support. Outstanding bonus requirements must be reviewed prior to closure. Any Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after KYC confirmation, subject to standard processing timelines.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit via JazzCash and EasyPaisa is Rs 100. Minimum deposits via bank transfer are Rs 500. The minimum deposit for USDT TRC20 is the equivalent of Rs 1,000 at the time of transaction.
5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are only available to accounts that have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the account. pk865 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not held in the verified player's name.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Withdrawal requests are subject to a daily limit of PKR 200,000 for standard accounts. 12.1 pk865 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
12.2 Upon permanent account closure by pk865 for breach of these Terms, any Bonus Balance or winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Verified Real Money Balance deposits may be returned to the funding source at pk865's discretion after investigation is complete.
